Hello I use 13.1 version of sdk, how can I transfer the length of the packet from 20 bytes to 160 bytes! I used two nrf52832 uart transparent data (not related to other platforms), please suggest how I can set the packet interval to a minimum (first consider the size of power consumption)! Thank you! It is not a fixed number. It depends on the number of flash pages you have dedicated to FDS, the size of each bond, and if anything else is storing data through the FDS.

The result will be that you receive a PM_EVT_STORAGE_FULL event. Then you can run garbage collection, or delete bonds.
