I haven't used that central, but I have used the hrs central. First, try viewing advertisements here:

The protocol used to communicate wirelessly is the same whether you are using Nordic or TI hardware, as stated that is the point of standards and Bluetooth is very clearly defined and controlled.

What you will not be able to do is take Nordic code and compile it for a TI processor, without change. TI don't have an equivalent to the Nordic Soft Device for example.

TI will have example code for the CC2541 that nearly covers your requirements, what you will need to do is align the connection type and data broadcast between the two examples. When implementing the Nordic BLE interface into the TI code be especially careful of processor data sizes, whether data is LSB or MSB and especially BLE UUID values.

The whole point of standards like Bluetooth is that it does not vary depending on what chip you use.

A BLE Central will work with any conforming BLE device.

So you don't make any changes to the Central; your question is purely about how to use the TI Module - which is clearly off-topic for a Nordic Semiconductor forum!

What should I do to communicate 52832(central-PCA10040) with ti module.What must change in central (ble_app_multilink_central ) code.

How do i do it?

While change LBS_UUID_BASE {0x23, 0xD1, 0xBC, 0xEA, 0x5F, 0x78, 0x23, 0x15,
0xDE, 0xEF, 0x12, 0x12, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00}

to 0xE0, 0xFF not workind.

I need to set something else?

BLE central : NRF52832 (ble_app_multilink_central )

BLE peripherial : NRF51822 experimental_ble_app_blinky

When 51822(peripherial) powered on, central (52832) LED2 is ON,thats work fine.

I want change 51822 with CC2451.When powered TI module I want to light LED2 on 52832.

Central (nrf52832) check UUID , if correct LED2 is On.

Shouldn't you ask some1 from TI about that? If it properly works as peripheral BLE device, you should be able to use nrf52832 as central and communicate with it...
