Have you verified that the RX_PIN_NUMBER And TX_PIN_NUMBER pins in log_uart_init() in nrf_log.c corresponds to the TX and RX pins of your BLE module.

Which SDK are you using? You either have to add a preprocessor define, e.g.ENABLE_DEBUG_LOG_SUPPORT or modify the sdk_config.h file.

Yes, sorry, there is a diode forward voltage that reduces it to ~2.85 V

Do you know which supply voltage(VDD) your BLE module? The nRF5x DK have VDD=3.0v so as long as the VDD of your module isnt higher than that you should be fine.

Then you should be able to enable logging over UART, just make sure you configure the TX and RX pins to match the pins on your BLE module.

Hi, no. You need either RTT (special debugging lines, see this) or enable logging over UART and connect specific Tx PIN (+ GND) to some serial cable (typically FTDI "serial to USB" or similar). If you really have only one line left then you can repurpose RESET line to work as standard GPIO and use it for UART Tx PIN but you cannot repurpose SWD lines on nRF52 as far as I can see.
