I need help on calculating the current consumption of our device when it is in advertise mode. So please answer the below questions.
What are all the significant parameters decides the current consumption on advertise?
Will maximum transmission

RE: current cunsumption on advertisement

That should be covered in the nRF51822 Product Specification, under chapter 8.5.2. Please provide some information on, how the transmission power level affect the power consumption? or else point a document which explains it.

For regulatory requirements, I would recommend that you read this white paper:
www.nordicsemi.com/.../96163197

As we do not a current calculator, it is hard to give you definite answer to your questions.
I would recommend that you look at chapter 8 in the S110 specification for the normal power profile for both connected interval and advertising interval.

As for the maximum time before you're connected with a master with a given interval, this is very hard to tell, as it will be a statistical calculation based on both the central's and peripheral's intervals and how they correlate to each other. We do not have any calculations on this subject.

A generic tip when it comes to increasing battery life time, but still keeping the responsiveness, is to use slave latency. Having a connection interval of 200 ms and a slave latency of 4 will allow the application to skip up to 4 connection intervals (if no new data is present) before it has to respond to the master.

Since proximity fobs usually have LEDs/buzzers which are application specific, I would recommend that you measure the average current on your custom board under it's normal use-cases.

Best regards
Håkon
