Now I found the logs under&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;C:\Users\&amp;lt;your username&amp;gt;\AppData\Roaming\nrfconnect\pc-nrfconnect-ble\logs\ and deleted them.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

You can convert the dual bank bootloader to a single bank bootloader as instructed &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/125848/does-single-bank-bootloader-in-sdk71-support-zip-file/?answer=125954#post-id-125954"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;. However, if you do not want to change or cannot change the SDK, then you can try to adjust the DFU settings in the nRF Toolbox app. Is Packet receipt notification procedure enabled?
