By "using" you mean "reading" this spec or actually developed some FW? Or is there any ready-made FW someone else used?

There is no difference in the way a beacon advertise data and "normal" advertising. The difference is the format of the data. Is there a specific beacon format you want to advertise? You can take a look at the function advertising_init() in the BLE beacon example in the SDK, to see how this initialize the advertising data.

I am using proximity profile and in it i want to advertise beacon data for advertising instead of normal advertising and it should be connectable.

Normal operation of Nordic S132 SoftDevice in GAP Peripheral role is that right after connection (CONNECT_REQ received after one of ADV_IND packets) the broadcasting is automatically stopped by the stack. What exactly are you doing? What project you use as baseline and what custom code you wrote into it?
