&lt;p&gt;I recommend looking into using the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/bprot.html?cp=2_2_0_11#concept_gdr_qlx_vr"&gt;BPROT (Block protection)&lt;/a&gt; peripheral.
