i test 1 hours.what is RSSI history? RSSI limited? And i use other phone, setting is same as MOTO Z,it can receive normally.

How are you testing how often you are receiving? Note that if you are the RSSI history, the scanner is turned off when you open up the RSSI history.

hrm_s110 default adverting interval is 100ms,but it can receive 1 times in 10 seconds. nrf connect setting Scanner-->Scanning period == Manual Continuous scanning == Enable Scanning API == lOLIPOP Scanning Mode == Low latency.

Hi,

What do you mean by "difficult to receive"? If you lower the advertsing interval, does it improve? If the phone is not doing ~continuously scanning(long scan interval with too short scan window) it can miss advertising packets(harder for you scanner to "hit" the advertising packets):
