Indeed as @danify said it might be your programmer. If it's a chinese copy you might run under this very same problem. I did last week :-)

last time someone had this problem he had a fake segger j-link :

i am using jlink V9, jlink V6.14d. Yes, it is a custom board.

What kind of J-link programmer are you using?? also, is this a custom board?

Hi Nabil,

i only connect one nrf52832 device using jlink, i can use jlink to download nRF5_SDK_13.0.0_04a0bfd\examples\peripheral\blinky but, i could not download the S132, could you help?
