To me it looks like your only getting noise and it could be that you're missing the short window where the nRF Device is advertising. My suggestion is that you use the rf_test example in our SDK.

hi yes im using experimental_ble_app_blinky_app. Adding pictures of the setup and the varying center frequency values.

You are using the experimental_ble_app_blinky right? Also can you describe your measurement setup and/or add a screenshot of what you're ssing on the spectrum analyzer?
