i think i got the answer from you Jørgen Holmefjord, this is the oldest version on n51422, it's not intended and has the ability to re-program the softdvice, thank you Jørgen Holmefjord, and kangmin for your efforts.

Hi,

As shown in nRFgo Studio, your device is an "ANT device with preprogrammed softdevice". Looking at the image on aliexpress, the board contains a nRF51422 QFAAC0 chip, which is revision 1 chip. Revision 1 chips with ANT softdevice was programmed in factory, and the softdevice is protected and not erasable. See this answer for more information.

thank you a lot for your help, but softdevice window in nrfgo studio still disabled to me, i don't know what is the problem exactly.

Try only Connect VTG,GND,SWDIO,SWDCLK for programming.

Provide 3.3V for nrf51422 from somewhere else.
