nRF Sniffer only shows advertisements

Hey

I am using nRF51 DK and still experiencing only being able to see advertising packets..

wireshark versoin 3.0.3

sniffer version - sniffer_pca10028_1c2a221

If anyone has some input to help that would be much appreciated

After remembering I had to re-program the USB dongle, 0.9.6 appears to be working - all the packets I expect to see are indeed showing in Wireshark. Thanks!

Selecting the device does not make a difference, but thank you for the suggestion

The 0.9.5 version of the sniffer does not handle public addresses correctly, a new release version 0.9.6 will be out shortly(few days) and that should fix your issue.

Hi Kevin

Are you selecting which device you want to sniff before you start Wireshark? In your case, press "0" first, see this command:

[#] or arrow keys Select device to sniff from list
