This means you need a central device as well. I would recommend looking at the <a href="http://www.arduino.org/products/boards/arduino-primo">Arduino primo</a> or maybe a <a href="https://www.makershed.com/products/ble-nano-kit">redbearlab ble nano</a>, if arduino support is a requirement.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
