The hardware peripherals of the nRF5840 are listed in the nRF52840 Objective Product Specification, found <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF52840_OPS_v0.5.pdf">here</a>.</p> <p>Best regards</p> <p>Bjørn</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
