Hi, I tried your method today: open cmd.exe -> type nrfjprog.exe --recover

C:\Users\w9xie>nrfjprog.exe --recover WARNING: Attempting to recover the device. T Applying system reset. ERROR: Cannot connect to the nRF51 device.

I have plugged in the dongle in my computer. Could you please tell me how to do ?

And under Device Manager, there is no "nRF51 development dongles" option, when I plug in the dongle and open the nRFgo .

It should be under Device Manager->nRF51 development dongles.

Have you tried restarting nRFgo?

Have you tried to unplug and then plug in the dongle?

You could try to recover the dongle using nrfjprog.

Open cmd.exe and type nrfjprog.exe --recover and chose the Segger serial number found on the dongle.

You can also find nrfjprog.exe at Master Control Panel\3.5.0.8226

Please let me know how it goes.

I found the firmware, thank you! but I can't find the device(Device Manger->nRF51 Programming->No device detected) in the nRFgo Studio, the dongle has been put to the USB of the computer case.

You can use nRFgo Studio to flash the dongle.

The firmware comes with Master Control Panel, and can be found in the following folder:

Master Control Panel\3.5.0.8226\firmware\pca10000
