the step as follow:

1. flash softdevice using nRFgo Studio.

2. flash bootloader using nRFgo Studio.

3. flash device_page.hex using nrfjprog.

4. Do DFU with serial.

Please try to follow the quick start guide:

Flash softdevice
Flash bootloader
Flash devicepage.hex
Flash gateway_serial_example rbc_gateway_example_serial_nRF51422_xxAC.hex
Do DFU.

Please try to use the precompiled hex for testing.

Hi Mr_sev,

I assume you are using the master branch from github . We are suspecting DFU is broken on this version.

Please try using the release version 0.8.7 here.

I just tested with your application and it worked fine for me. I managed to do DFU update the application.

Please use the pre-compiled bootloader.hex to test first. Here is application version 4, and 5 that I used and the bootloader and it worked.

Please attach your bootloader, flash_page, flash_page.hex, your application .hex (you can use the gateway example ), and the 2 .zip files you generated so I can test here.
