I set the .allow_repairing flag to true :

I don't know if i have solved the problem, but for the moment it is never occurs. But i want do other test. What i can advice is erase_flash_id, clear_whitelist, stop advertising and start advertising again.

If the device and phone are connected disconnect before and after delete bonding information.

Hi Hung, i had the same problems with sdk 11. What i do is delete the whitelist manually, because the function erase bonding, delete the peer id but don't clear the whitelist. Maybe with sdk 12 you can find a function that can clear the whitelist somethingh like this (ret_val = pm_whitelist_set(NULL, 0);).

I use phone with NRF52 bonding.phone said "Couldn't pair with Nordic_Keyboard because of an incorrect PIN or passkey". I use ble_app_hids_keyboard example (SDK12.2.0) . I think the problem is whitelist. options.ble_adv_whitelist_enabled = false; but invalid.... p.s My english is not good

It sound like the bonding data is not deleted from one of the devices. Do the bonding error happen at the same time you see the PM_EVT_ERROR_UNEXPECTED error? How are you handling this error? Are you providing clean pages to FDS used by Peer Manager?

It's possible have an application note or something that explain how menages all event to have a just works pairing and bonding with "Peer Manager ?

Because sometimes when i delete bonding information, occurs also PM_EVT_ERROR_UNEXPECTED, and reset my device. So i would like to start with a clear projectthat allow to have just works procedure.

Which SDK version are you using? What device is on "the other side"? Which app are you referring to with "Nordic APP"?

yes, i am able to connect. But sometimes when i try to delete bonding information on both side to test this features, i have this problem. And, also, try again to delete the bonding information i have this issue. And it's no possibility to connect with device. I have to delete softdevice and load again it. And it's not a solution on our product.

How often do you get the error? Are you able to connect sometimes?

Is this the settings you have set in your application?

i don't have èasskey to insert. I want use only a just work pairinig and bonding procedure. I have started with Gls_app SDK example and change the procedure of just works according this infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp

But sometimes give me this error.

Did you enter a PIN or passkey before receiving the error? Are you sure you entered the correct passkey? Which example are you using? Can you try the Glucose Application from the SDK, which is setup to require bonding?

Now i have load the softdevice new, and if i try to connect with phone give me an error Connection terminated peer ( status 19) and continue to disconnect. WHy this happend and how to menage this? I want a device just works.
