 What is the minimum required length of a LOW pulse to be detected by the nRF52832 via GPIO SENSE mechanism? I couldn&amp;#39;t find it in the product specification. 
 I want to wakeup the nRF with a LOW pulse on a GPIO from the System OFF mode.

&lt;p&gt;the minimum pulse width needed trigger DETECT Signal(which in turn will trigger the SENSE signal) is around 10uS.&lt;/p&gt;
