I recommend downloading and reading the Thread specifications to better understand this. There is also some <a href="http://threadgroup.org/ourresources#Whitepapers">White Papers</a> and other material available from the Thread group that is less comprehensive than the full spec.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
