I think it is related to the debugger, because I just tested with another set of hardware and it worked. The strange thing is that this hardware set works in Keil but not with gcc. Maybe some command to j-link in "GDB commands before connection" or "GDB commands after connection" solve the proplem. I am using nothing in the "GDB commands before connection" and "monitor reset" and "load" in the "GDB commands after connection".

Am I missing some "permission command" to access "Peripheral memory" in the code or configuration or Segger debugger program?

Does the nRF51822 structure is equivalent to some other microcontroller?
