ConnectionDone.PNGCLOSED:- I finally found the solution. I can now program nrf52 chip. The Problem was i had two Debugging Softwares keil and WinideaOpen open in parallal which were accessing the J-LINK EDU. That was the reason the KEIL could not access the on board chip .Connections were right :- SWDCLK, SDI, and Vtref and GND of Jlink EDU programer to SWDCLK,SDI,3.3V& GND of nrf52 .

I had to close one of the Softwares for the other to get full Access. Also i realised that i was able to establish the Connections only when i configured through J link CMD line - Connect->Device->Speed. I have attached a Screen shot of it. Hope it helps someone having similar Situation.

Have you tried to program the chip on a nRF52 DK with the EDU? Have you tried to program the chip on your custom board with the nRF52 DK? Maybe that will show where the fault is. Also, I see some other threads where the reset pin (21) is being pulled low, putting the chip in a reset loop, making it unprogramable.

this is what i get as result but tats not right because my VTref from Jlink side Shows 3,3 V and moreover the the Nordic chip ( answer to Petter Q:- it's on Custom Board) is powered by internal PCB's Power not from the JLINK's power.

What is this chip sitting on? nRF52 DK? Custom board? Have you been able to program it with something else before? Could you try calling nrfjprog -f NRF52 --recover --log from a CLI? Please edit your question and attach the log.
