Please try to connect and disconnect the kit a few times. It might show up with unexpected names.</li> <li>Have you tried to connect it to a differeent computer? If this work it is nothing wrong with the kit, but it might be a driver issue.</li> <li>Have you tried a different USB cable? Faulty cables are surprisingly often the issue.</li> </ol><div style="clear:both;"></div>
