&lt;p&gt;What behavior do you want? Pairing with passkey first, and then deny pairing after that? Then you can call pm_sec_params_set(NULL) after the first pairing.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you can initialize Peer Manager twice? Why would do that?&lt;/p&gt;
