It should update with out any action from you. However, could you try to read the Device Name characteristic under the GAP service manually? This could cause the Device name to update faster.

Yes, We have added Service Changed Characteristic in both application as well as in bootloader mode. But still no luck on removing cache data.

No, the Device Name should be updated when the iPhone has performed a Service Discovery after the device has indicated that the GATT table has changed. Service Changed is enabled in both the application and the bootloader right?

SDK version - 11.0.0 for both application and bootloader. We have already added Service Changed Characteristic and by using that we are able to get rid of the issue occur when we change the services and application need to remove cache for that.

But the problem with the name is still exist. Do we need to do some special changes in Service Changed to clear the Name cache.

Yes, this sounds like a caching issue. If you have the Service Changed Characteristic enabled then you should see the device name updating after you have connected to the device. Which SDK version are you using to build your application and bootloader?
