If you want continuous advertising, advertising should always be started after is has been stopped.

Can you give the right flow for my situation? I have to run in many days the issue happens. My product is useless if the phone can not connect and user can not reset the device

In my opinion, it is crucial to check the flow of advertising start/stop in the firmware, to make sure that there is no corner cases that are treated differently.

In addition, you can use logging over UART for debugging when advertising is started/stopped.

Thanks for your suggestion, but it happens rarely so it's difficult to debug. Do you have any suggestion for workaround or how to check the advertising or not in SD?

I would recommend you to double check the flow, check when advertising is started.

To find out which order incoming BLE events are handled see ble_evt_dispatch() in main.c.

It's no problem. I got it from examples, it seems the sd automatically to start the advertisement again

From what I can see, the advertising is stopped upon a disconnect and not started again.
