That is exactly what I did as well in order to port the example to SDK v5.2.0, so perhaps your code is identical with my new example code. :)

Thanks I'll give this a try. I actually ended up copying the ADC pertinent code from your old example into the standard ble_app_hrs main file, with one modification: I had to increase the APP_TIMER_MAX_TIMERS variable from 5 to 6; then it worked.

I'll give the new example a test run soon, thanks!

I tried to run the example again that I attached on the thread that you mentioned and apparently it did not work with SDK 5.2.0. I got the same compile errors as you are seeing. My bad! That example only works for SDK 5.1.0. There were some changes made in persistent storage in SDK 5.2.0 that create these errors.

I attach the same ADC example that I have ported to SDK 5.2.0. Instructions on how to operate the example is given at the top of the main file in the example. I am really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused! Let me know how it turns out.

Are you using softdevice S110 v6.0.0 and nRF51 SDK 5.2.0?

To start with, the function in question is a softdevice API function. To see the definition for such a function, right click and then click "Go to reference ..." instead.

Additionally,

The function that returns the error in pstorage_init() is "sd_flash_page_erase()" (this from the ble_app_hrs_with_adc_sample_ain example)

Walking through the functioning ble_app_hrs example, sd_flash_page_erase() returns NRF_SUCCESS.

However, in either example...

When trying to "Go to definition of 'sd_flash_page_erase' " by right clicking on the function itself in Keil debugger mode, it complains about an "undefined Definition/Reference"...even though the function returns NRF_SUCCESS in the standard ble_app_hrs example, so it's defined somewhere, correct?
