@yichen: As RK states, there is only one UART on the nRF52832. It is possible to multiplex the UART pins, i.e. you switch between two pin configurations. However, this will still only be able to use one UART at the time.

in nrf51822,nrf52832,nrf52840,in there own uart pin configuration,all have this "Only one peripheral can be assigned to drive a particular GPIO pin at a time. Failing to do so may result in unpredictable behavior. "

Check the product specification which lists all peripheral instances. The nrf52832 has one UART peripheral. The new nrf52840 has two. So on the 52832 you can only have one.
