I was achieving non-zero PER rather by shielding (put DUT into metal box or bring it far away or set Tx Power to -40dBm if you support this through vendor-specific DTM commands (Nordic seems to fixed this in their DTM example FW in recent SDKs).</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
