i want to ask that is there any tool for reading and writing on flash directly.
e.g tool like extreme burner .i am loking for a tool like extreme burner.for nrf51822.
if there is any tool please tell me

&lt;p&gt;On linux you can use nrfjprog tools :&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;To read on a specifical location : &lt;code&gt;nrfjprog --family nRF52 --memrd 0x10000000&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You can also use &amp;quot;--readcode &amp;quot;   that reads the all the device flash and stores it in the given file name&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are various tools as you are fine with pretty much any JTAG/SWD tool set. Nordic provides NRFTOOLS with both command-line and GUI based tools (based on SEGGER J-Link libraries) but there are other popular suits like SEGGER J-Link/J-Flash or Open OCD.&lt;/p&gt;
