Could you download nRF5x-OB-JLink-IF from <a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Bluetooth-low-energy/nRF52-DK/(language)/eng-GB">here</a> and drag and drop to the BOOTLOADER driver ?</p> <p>This will re-flash the Segger chip.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
