Can you list the steps that you have tried here? Also, can you contact Rigado technical support to get help with this programming issue?

Already tried these steps as suggested in the documentation, but it doesn't work somehow.

There is a "debug out" (J3) 10-pin header on the BMD-350 which you can probably (I said probably because I never try that with BMD-350 ev board; I do use the debug out header in the PCA10040 to program my custom PCB though) use. Try pin 1 (Vcc), pin 3 (Gnd), pin 2 (SWDIO) and pin 4 (SWCLK) and remember to power up your PCB also during the programming.
