&lt;p&gt;Yes, from the &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF52832_PS_v1.3.pdf#%5B%7B%22num%22%3A1684%2C%22gen%22%3A0%7D%2C%7B%22name%22%3A%22XYZ%22%7D%2C56.692%2C401.504%2Cnull%5D"&gt;nRF52832&lt;/a&gt; Product specification we can see that the Thingy:52 uses the default transmit power of 0dBm.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You didn&amp;#39;t miss it anywhere. The sd_ble_gap_tx_power_set() function is never called, and the transmit power is still at the default value.&lt;/p&gt;
