I am using nrf51822 / sdk10.0.0 / S110.
I write flash in SD / bootloader / application order.
I use nRFgoStudio and J-Link.
There are about 20% of malfunctioning samples when operating after writing.
The malfunction appears to be an MCU halt

RE: MCU failure analysis request

Ok, have you check whether you're able to debug the affected boards or not? If they can be debugged, then please state where in the code the CPU halts and any potential error codes.

RE: MCU failure analysis request

Frankly, it's not my case.
Someone believes so.
I understand your answer.

These might might come of as stupid questions, but here goes: 1) Does erasing the affected boards and re-flashing them resolve the issue? 2) Are you able to debug the bootloader? If so, does it reach the statement where it passes execution to the application? If it does are you able to debug the application?
