There not many devices that will be detectable in the iOS bluetooth settings. On iOS you will only see devices that is natively supported by iOS, e.g. HID, HRM, ANCS etc. So if you have another device you would have to connect from an app.

What phone are you using? iOS or Android?

It's ok, when I push the button 1, I can detect the device with the application 'nRF Connect' but with the parameter bluetooth of my cellphone, It is not detected. I don't know why

After have programming 'ble_app_uart_pca10040_s132.hex' with nRFgo Studio , Now I have the LED 1 which blinking but the bluetooth is not detected with my cellphone. Do you have an idea why ?

then if you flash the example from keil, LED 1 should start blinking(indicates advertising).

Yes I flashed the softdevice, I have the SDK 13

Have you flashed the S132 softdevice? What SDK version are you using?
