P.09 and P.10 are NFC pins by default unless you set the correct bits in the UICR and reset so that might explain those, the rest, no idea. What&#39;s the contents of the GPIO DIR register and the PINCNF[6] to PINCNF[10] to ensure you set the pins up correctly?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
