I do suggest that you do not use the PCA10036 board (nRF52 Preview DK) for development. It contains engineering revision of the nRF52832, with a long errata sheet. You should get a nRF52 DK (PCA10040 board) with latest production revision of the chip for development.

Then it looks like you have some other problem, either bad USB cable or some other process is talking to the J-Link OB on DK board. Try to erase nRF5x target on the board, try to do upgrade on another Win machine (which is not used for any development related to J-Link COM port and nRFx).

Hii endnode . Than you for giving good response . I followed your instruction but i did not get any result . Using J-Link configurator i will face same issue in Firmware upgradation . what can i do ? Do you have suggest me !..

Hi,

This dialog called from nRFgo Studio actually belongs to SEGGER tools so you can do it directly:

Go to Windows Start menu.
Find "SEGGER" group.
Launch "J-Link Configurator".
Select your J-Link OB in first box called "Emulators connected via USB".
Click "Update firmware of selected emulators" button in the bottom of the window.
Wait for the end.
If fails try to repeat. Make sure that there is no other process or application using the HW.
When successfully completed celebrate with the beer!
