&lt;li&gt;GNU ARM C/C++ Cross Compiler&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;GNU ARM C/C++ Packs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;GNU ARM C/C++ J-link Debugging&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please make sure that you have installed them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also recommend installing the nRF5x Command Line Tools. That looks like the problemo.  In the above screen under Devices tab it says &amp;quot;No devices available, install packs first&amp;quot;.
Trying to install &lt;a href="http://gnuarmeclipse.github.io/plugins/install/"&gt;this&lt;/a&gt; eclipse says plugin GNU ARM Eclipse 3.4.1 is installed.  The installed plugins list includes &amp;quot;GNU ARM C/C++ Packs (Experimental)&amp;quot;.
