Nordic UART service (NUS) is still using the 128-bit UUID described <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v13.0.0/ble_sdk_app_nus_eval.html?cp=4_0_0_4_1_2_17">here</a>.
