Hi Jason

There is no special SDK planned for the nRF52810, but we are working on a smaller SoftDevice which will free up more flash space when you don't need the full feature set of the S132.

This SoftDevice will be named the S112, and should save you around 32kB of flash compared to the S132 (exact size TBD). The plan is to have an alpha release by the end of October, and a production release soon thereafter.

Thank you for the reply. Silly me didn't check the headers folder for NRF52810 files. Just changed a few defined and its working on the nRF52810 chip :)

Right now, i am just wondering when the SDK and working examples specific to nRF52810 is going to be released. Because of the limitation of flash, there is just barely enough space for softdevice + app + bootloader.

Hi Torbjørn,

I am working on the nRF52832 at the moment, but will be migrating to the nRF52810 as soon as the SDK been launched. Can you provide the header files and linker settings as you mentioned above so that I can continue the development while waiting for the SDK to be released.

Hi Jeremy

The standard development platform for the nRF52810 will be the nRF52832, since the functionality of the later is just a superset of the former.

We will provide header files and linker settings for the nRF52810, so that you can ensure that you don't use memory or peripherals that the nRF52810 doesn't support.

I will double check the schedule for these releases, but I believe it should be ready in time for SDK v14, which is planned for a release in July.
