Please create a new case for your question.

Most application wouldn't include the softdevice in the build. Except for those precompiled hex files that we prepared in the SDK.

Hi,

Could you explain me the procedure how to create a merged file of secure bootloader + SD + Application. I think when we generate app.hex file, SD is already included in it, correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Jose,

I'm really sorry. I forgot about version requirement. The bootloader won't allow you to update the bootloader with same version number. Please have a look at the version number rule here.

I suspect on the first update the bootloader version number was not written. After that the version number is updated with the current number and then it won't allow you to update the same bootloader version again.

Hi Hung, No, I have problems with nRFConnect on PC and nRF Toolbox on Android. I've updated the question to attach the .zip and .hex you asked.

You mean you had trouble with nRFConnect on PC but not on NRF Connect/Toolbox on Android?

Could you provide the .zip file you used, and the hex file of the bootloader or the merged hex SD+app+BL
