Glad to hear it working now. I think it's ok to continue with sdk 12.1.0 if you prefer that.

I added "char_md.char_props.write = 1;" to the rx_char_add() in ble_dfu.c. After that DFU works well. If this is not wrong I want to use SDK 12.1.0. How's your opinion?

Hi,

There were a couple of known bugs in the buttonless example provided in SDK 12.1.0, which were fixed in SDK 12.3.0. Recommend that you try with that example instead. In addition, recommend to start with the '_debug' version of the bootloader project. This example has debug logging over RTT turned on by default. The log will show why the DFU is failing (failing pre-validate, etc).
