Have you installed the build tools (<a href="http://gnuarmeclipse.github.io/windows-build-tools/">The GNU ARM Eclipse Windows Build Tools</a>), as described in the tutorial? Also make sure you don&#39;t have any other build tools in your PATH variable.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
