From the top of my head I cannot think of anything that would prevent it from configuring the registers. Are you sure it is not stuck in an error loop/reset somewhere? If you add the DEBUG flag in the preprocessor symbols, does it end up in an error loop?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
