I call nrf_drv_gpiote_in_init in multiple places during initialisation to get all peripherals configured. At some point it stops working in the sense that it doesn't produce an error, but I also don't see Configuration created for GPIOTE when I

RE: nrf_drv_gpiote_in_init silently fails

Jorn, I created a ticket on the My page. The project is pretty big, so hard to separate the code right now, so I uploaded the whole project, might be easier to find problem as well. I have a DEBUG flag and it doesnt get stuck in loop, and I can see execution continues (some other tasks are carried out, timers work properly), but the input pin doesnt react as required.

RE: nrf_drv_gpiote_in_init silently fails

You mean you the peripheral hardware registers are not altered? From the top of my head I cannot think of anything that would prevent it from configuring the registers. Are you sure it is not stuck in an error loop/reset somewhere? If you add the DEBUG flag in the preprocessor symbols, does it end up in an error loop?
