&lt;p&gt;Have you tried pinging from Windows CMD Terminal?
If you have correct routing setting, you can do IPv6 ping from other device as windows laptop or linux laptop which it belonging in network.&lt;/p&gt;

I assumed that your raspberry pi router can&amp;#39;t route IPv6 address from your device to HE.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Did you succeed to ping to coap.exosite.com on your raspberry pi?&lt;/p&gt;
