Please try to capture a sniffer trace.

The reason I asked to erase the chip is to make sure the bond information is erased. When the device bonded to a PC it will stay in whitelist mode and other device can't connect to it.

You can delete bond information by holding button 1 (or 4,please check the documentation) when resetting the chip.

Please let me know which exactly the example (and the SDK) you used .

RE: Problem with Apple

Tank you for the answer.
I erased the chip and programmed new. Then the connection with OSX works.
But if i disconnect, i can't connect again with OSX or other operating systems. Subsequent I tried to connect with Android, it only works with a erased and new programmed chip
With Windows 7 (USB Bluetooth CSR-4.0 Dongle wit csr8510 a10 Chip), i never had any connection :(

RE: Problem with Apple

@Tom: Make sure you erase the chip before you test with the MacBook. It could be that the device bonded to the Windows PC so it won't let the MAC connect.

If it doesn't help, you may need to capture a sniffer trace.
