Looking at images of the N51822- S4AT module I can see that it does not have the 32kHz crystal, so you will have to modify SDK examples to use the internal RC oscillator, see <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/105121/nrf-52-custom-board-hrm-peripheral-issue/?answer=105302#post-id-105302">this</a> answer.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
