The MTM team seems to have taken this stuff seriously, they made an extensive guide for production including landing pattern, stencil, reflow etc... with Xray shots even.

That is unfortunate, but as long as this is an module handling and soldering issues, then this has to be handled by MtM. Had this been a issue with the functionality of the nRF52 SoC then we would of course help you. You could also try to reach out to your local Nordic Sales representative to hear if they have any contacts at MtM.

As stated in this answer:

The M905 is a 3rd party module where Nordic Semiconductor only supplies the nRF52 SoC and the 3rd party manufactures and sells the actual module.

You will have to direct questions regarding module handling and soldering issues to the company that manufactures the module which is the MtM+ Technology Corporation, here is the link to their contact info.
