That depends on which of the features listed in table 148 that you need, i.e. NFC, USB, the ability to supply external circuits using the internal power supply of the nRF52840 and if you're using the DCDC or not. If you do not plan on using the USB nor the NFC and plan on powering the chip from 3v, then you can use config 6.

i am thinking of connecting batteries of size AA as my power supply.

i want to use a Bluetooth low energy for short range and want to connect an OLED display and an SD card onto it.
