If you want to use an IDE for development, I can also recommend <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/blogs/1032/segger-embedded-studio-a-cross-platform-ide/">this blog post tutorial</a> on using Segger Embedded Studio.</p> <p>Softdevices are programmed using nrfjprog, as described in <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.tools/dita/tools/nrf5x_command_line_tools/nrf5x_nrfjprogexe.html?cp=5_1_3">the documentation</a>.</p> <p>For setup of SEGGER RTT, you can reference <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/tutorials/6/">this tutorial</a>.
