The same serialized interface is available for the nRF51 series in SDK v11.0.0, see this link.

Yes, I have checked so many portals but didn't get any relevant information. Kindly share any information you have. Also, can you clarify the configuration for 51822 as well?

Do you mean how to interface the nRF52832 with the W7500 of the WIZwiki-W7500 board? Could you elaborate a bit on what your use-case is? Are you trying to build a Gateway with BLE connectivity? To me it looks like the W7500 has any serialized interface/library so that you can control it from the nRF52832. The nRF52832 has a serialization library, see this link, but I do not think it makes much sense to use a M4 as a connectivity IC and then use the Cortex M0 of the W7500 as the application chip.
